Payst Spicy Burnt Chilli Sauce, 250ml
Description
Drizzle Payst’s spicy burnt chilli sauce over dumplings and satay skewers. It gets its fiery kick from long red chillies and Scotch bonnet peppers. The chillies are roasted over an open flame until they’re sweet and charred. This process adds a smoky note to the sweet-sour chilli sauce.
For a gentler version, try the classic Burnt Chilli Sauce.
Inspired by the flavours of Thailand, this burnt chilli sauce packs a serious punch. You can add it to stir fries, marinades and noodle soups. It’s also great as a glaze for barbecued wings and ribs. Serve them with a refreshing mango and red onion salad.
Payst’s burnt chilli sauce is great for dipping, too. Serve it as it is or mix with mayo or sour cream to tame its heat. It’s delicious with French fries, battered prawns and Thai fish cakes.
