Description

Splash Payst’s ginger and green sweet chilli sauce over chicken wings and popcorn shrimp. It gets its heat and eye-catching colour from long green and birdseye chillies. Fresh garlic, ginger and earthy turmeric round out its complex flavour. 

This green chilli sauce has a spicy, sweet-savoury flavour. You can use it as a stir fry sauce or add it to marinades for meat and fish. Pour it over prawns or chicken skewers before grilling or barbecuing. The chilli kick and ginger zing will liven up leftovers like fried rice and roasted meat.

Payst green sweet chilli sauce is great for dipping, too. Pour it into small bowls and serve with spring rolls and Thai fish cakes. We love it on prawn crackers and crispy wontons.
